Steve Newton

Steve is an internationally experienced, senior executive with extensive general management and sales and marketing experience built through over 25 years in the automotive industry. He has operated in manufacturer to customer roles covering new and used sales, aftersales, and network development.  

In his varied project work, he brings comprehensive commercial experience working at national and international level to enhance revenue and grow businesses. He is comfortable working with all management levels in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. 

He is enthusiastic about developing people and implementing appropriate processes and technology to enhance customer experience and build brand loyalty. Combining broad knowledge with an analytical approach, he distils complex needs into concise structured solutions, and is recognised for delivering high quality work within complex environments. Clear thinking and results focused, Steve is an inclusive leader / coach and strategic thinker. He employs a proven track record in international project / process management, and assembling and guiding multi-cultural, international organisations to deliver defined and measurable results. 

Having recently moved close to the coast, in his free time, he enjoys sea swimming, learning to paddle board, beach BBQs, and being taken for walks by the family dog!
