Simon Knocker from thebigteam and I have partnered to offer a new suite of services to automotive retailers to get you back to business. Together we have over 25 years’ experience in automotive, with our most recent projects being out in the field, identifying and implementing efficiencies in the sales and aftersales process and videoing great practices.

We have generated service packages to offer independent, practical guidance on how to maximise your efficiencies without compromising safety or customer experience. We can review and build on the great work you have already done, and we can also support you in the communication of those measures to your customers through the creation of a short customer facing video. You will want your customers to feel safe and confident that they know what to do when they come to your site; a short video is a great way to do this.
