Peter Baker
Peter is an experienced Senior Transformation Programme Manager/Director with a Global background of developing, delivering, and managing large complex transformational change programmes for Local Government, Fire and Rescue Services, Utilities, NHS, and the telecoms sector. Delivering 20 years of senior interim transformational assignments, he is a high-profile Interim Director with strong leadership and team development skills and gravitas.
Peter provides a potent balance of marketing, business, technical and commercial skills to ensure successful development, delivery, and communication of complex solutions. Crucially, he is also a “critical friend” providing coaching, mentoring, and development, in order to leave an enduring legacy. He has practical experience of driving transformation within public and private sector and extensive experience of managing all key stakeholders throughout each stage of transformation.
When Peter is not working, he enjoys time with his family, and in his most important role to date of Grandad to Daisy and Lucas. As an advanced open water scuba diver, he enjoys exploring the undersea world, and is passionate about keeping fit and motorcycling.
