Inconsistencies in processes across markets, and a need to increase sales and grow aftersales revenue.

Actions

An end to end review of the sales and aftersales process across the Global market was conducted, with retailer visits to the US, Europe, and the Middle well as within the UK. Issues, opportunities and strengths were mapped and a programme plan created to resolve challenges as well enhance performance. Our focus was then diverted to aftersales to drive the transformation programme. Innovative and creative tools were created to roll out best practices worldwide.

Outcome

Pilot sites reported an improved workshop efficiency, which when rolled out to all Global markets was the equivalent of an increase of £50m annual revenue.
