📆 And just like that, it’s almost Christmas 2023 - where did that year go?! 🎄 🎅

✅ It’s been a fantastic year for Team Akeno, here are just some of our achievements:

🔵 We expanded our team, and onboarded new clients from a range of industries, from automotive to casinos and construction. 🚘 💰 ⚒️

🟠 We won 5 awards for our work in digital and business transformation, e-commerce, and business leadership. 🏆 🏆🏆🏆🏆

🔵 We programme managed the launch of another automotive brand onto a direct-to-consumer sales model in the capacity of ensuring operational and people readiness.

🟠 We launched a new brand including the set-up and rollout of a retailer network, as well as an e-commerce solution.

🔵 We programme managed a number of exciting deliveries using our robust approach that brings people and tasks together to achieve successful delivery with engaged stakeholders.

🟠 We completed comprehensive end-to-end business discovery exercises to identify opportunities for system, people, and process improvements

🔵 We delivered our “3, 2, 1” strategy workshops with a number of different teams in various industries. 3 days, 2 strategy experts, with the delivery of 1 comprehensive strategic plan.

🟠 We implemented best practice programme management and governance standards.

🔵 We supported the commercialisation of digital solutions including the creation of associated transformation services.

🟠 We worked with automotive Dealership sales and aftersales departments to identify opportunities to increase sales & revenue, improve workshop efficiency, and grow customer satisfaction.

🔵 We delivered workshops on topics such as resilience, leadership, and business change best practices.

🟠 We joined in-flight projects to review gaps and opportunities to accelerate progress.

🔵 We bridged the recruitment gap by delivering outcomes for clients whilst they recruited long-term headcount - we even supported the recruitment process to ensure the best candidate was identified, and their onboarding was fast and efficient.

🟠 We coached and mentored individuals at all stages of their career, from students to established and successful CEOs, we’ve been their critical friend, their challenger, and always their biggest supporter!

Phew, no wonder we’re all ready for a Christmas break! 🎄 🎅 🎁 I’m so proud of the team, and so honoured to have worked with such a brilliant range of clients, it truly makes all the hard work worth it. 🤝
