By working in partnership with clients to understand what truly matters to them, Danielle tailor’s her approach to their specific needs and challenges so they can achieve practical, sustainable and relevant change. With a balance of challenge and support, she helps clients navigate complexity and uncertainty, by understanding how they can play to their strengths and adapt, so they are equipped to thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Her mission is to help individuals and teams grow with purpose, clarity, and confidence, blending the science of behaviour and performance with the art of human connection. She focuses on people development at every level - from frontline roles through to management, senior leaders, and Director-level positions. She also supports teams to work more effectively together, strengthening collaboration and maximising performance.

For over 25 years, she has designed and led bespoke training, coaching, development, and cultural change programmes across a number of industries ranging from Healthcare, Education, Research, Automotive, Customer Experience, Sales and Finance through to the Charitable sector.

Her previous roles have included Head of Learning and Development for a large automotive dealer group on the South Coast, and Director of Improvement at a Healthcare Research organisation in Oxford. She began her career as a science teacher in a large comprehensive school in Surrey, and ever since, her focus has remained the same - helping people realise their potential and perform at their best.
